Return Policy

Lokomart Return and Exchange policy lets you exchange or cancel any product at the time of receipt. In the case of online payment you will have to notify us by contacting our customer service department and only after proper verification, you will be refunded the value of the returned item in your Lokomart Cash wallet or Credit Card in case you ordered items as a guest.

In the event that you notice that an item or product is defective after the receipt of order, you can notify Lokomart by contacting the customer service department for an even exchange. Please note that you need to claim for an exchange within 24 hours of the receipt of the order. Any exchange claims for defective items/products will not be entertained after the 24 hour time frame. Please note that the item will only be exchanged after proper verification from the Merchant. Exchange of the product will be an even exchange: For example a defective 500ml Pepsi can be exchanged for 500ml Pepsi and not any other size. The exchange will take place at the same address where the order was delivered originally. Items must be in the original packing and no loose content will be covered under this exchange policy.

You can always cancel your order before it is confirmed by the Merchant by clicking on Track your Order link on homepage. In case you wish to cancel your order after it is confirmed, you need to contact the Lokomart customer service department and notify us for the cancellation.
