How do I register?
You can register by clicking on the Register link at the top right corner of the homepage. Provide information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions and submit the registration information.

Are there any charges for registration?
No, registration on Lokomart.com is free and will always be free.

Is it mandatory to register in order to shop on Lokomart.com?
No, it is not compulsory to register. You can also shop as a guest on Lokomart.com. However, you still need to provide your personal information such as name, delivery address, mobile number etc. Please note credit card payment online is the only mode of payment available for guests.

What are the modes of payment?
You can pay for your order on Lokomart using the following modes of payment:

  • Cash on Delivery
  • Credit and Debit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express)
  • Net Banking

Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown?
No taxes are included in the price of the item. However delivery charges are extra which will be shown on cart. Please note delivery charges may differ from Merchant to Merchant

If I paid online using credit card for my order, how will I get refund for items not delivered or wrong delivery?
If you paid online, you will be refunded after verification, in your Lokomart cash wallet account online. The funds in your Lokomart Wallet can be used for future shopping.

What is Lokomart Cash wallet?
Lokomart Cash Wallet is a pre-paid credit account that is associated with your Lokomart account. The prepaid account lets you deposit amount in lumpsum which can be used for subsequent purchases on Lokomart.

How soon will I receive an order after I check out?
Right after you checkout, you will receive an SMS confirming the order and also approximate delivery time for that order. Please note that delivery time differs from Merchant to Merchant. Also if you place an order on a holiday, you will most likely receive the confirmation message and delivery of order next business day.

How do I change the delivery addresses?
You can access your delivery addresses in your profile and edit or add new addresses. Please note that once you have placed an order and want to change the delivery address changed after placing the order, then you will have to contact our customer service department.

How much are the Delivery Charges?
Delivery charges differ from Merchant to Merchant. Some Merchant will charge you delivery charges for orders below minimum value and some Merchant will charge you delivery charges on all orders. It varies from Merchant to Merchant. Delivery charges will always be displayed on cart before you checkout.

What is the minimum delivery amount?
The minimum delivery amount differs from Merchant to Merchant. The minimum delivery amount will also be displayed on Merchant page or at the time of checkout.

Is the delivery same day delivery?
Yes in most cases, most delivery will be done on the same day (depending on the time of the day you place an order).

Can I add/remove items after placing the order?
No you can add or remove items after placing the order. However, you can contact our customer service department in order to receive further assistance.

How can I cancel my order?
You can always cancel your order before it is confirmed. If you wish to cancel your order after it is confirmed and before delivered, please contact our customer service department.

How do I check the status of my order?
You can always check the status of your order by clicking on Track Your Order on the top part of the homepage.
